Oven Roasted Trout
Ingredients:
Fresh trout
Lemon (sliced)
Fresh dill (4 sprigs)
Paprika (1 tsp)
Cayenne (1 tsp)
Salt & Pepper (to taste)
Instructions:
Clean and prepare your fresh trout.
Season fish with salt, pepper, paprika and cayenne.
Stuff fish with dill and lemon slices.
Preheat oven at 375F and bake for ~30-45 minutes depending on the size of the fish.
