Oven Roasted Trout


Ingredients:

  • Fresh trout

  • Lemon (sliced)

  • Fresh dill (4 sprigs)

  • Paprika (1 tsp)

  • Cayenne (1 tsp)

  • Salt & Pepper (to taste)

Instructions:

  1. Clean and prepare your fresh trout.

  2. Season fish with salt, pepper, paprika and cayenne.

  3. Stuff fish with dill and lemon slices.

  4. Preheat oven at 375F and bake for ~30-45 minutes depending on the size of the fish.
