Agua de Jamaica
Ingredients:
Hibiscus flowers (4 cups)
Granulated Sugar (2 cups)
Water (8 cups)
Lime (1-2)
Instructions:
Start by rinsing hibiscus flowers to remove any dirt or debris.
Add flowers in a pot and add 4 cups of water. Bring to a boil for 2 minutes and then remove from heat. Let sit for 2 hours.
Strain flowers from juice. Add the extra 4 cups of water and lime juice (however much depending how sour you like)
Allow to cool. Serve over ice and enjoy!
