Peach Mango Habanero Salsa

Ingredients:

  • Mangos (2 large)

  • Yellow Peaches (2-3 large)

  • Cilantro (1/2 bunch)

  • Red Onion (1/2)

  • Lime (1)

  • Habanero (1)

  • Salt & Pepper (to taste)

Directions:

  1. Remove skin from mangos and cut into medium chunks. Dice yellow peaches and then red onions into similar shapes and add in with the mangos.

  2. Rough chop cilantro and add into bowl with mangos, peaches and onions.

  3. You will not need a full habanero (unless you are a freak of spice then help yourself), so first start off by dicing finely and adding to taste. I use 1/3 of the pepper and it’s the perfect amount of spice to pair with the sweet of the fruits.

  4. Squeeze fresh lime then salt and pepper to taste.
